What is the security feature?
When you use Online Banking, you will know with certainty you are visiting MSDFCU's Online Banking because a graphic and phrase you previously selected will be presented each time you logon. If you do not see your selections, you should contact us 215-996-3700 and not proceed into Online Banking.
Has my password changed?
No. The answer you provide to the "challenge question" is separate from your regular Online Banking login password.
